Simple overview

Paper softener agent is a type of compound high swelling agent after activation treatment ,which was developed and producted latest by our scientific research personnels .It is widely used in expanding paper's softness ,increasing the volume of paper, improving water imbibition of toilet paper, paper board, etc.It is also widely used for thickening of carton board base paper, etc.

Method of use

1.Before use we should firstly dilute and mix swelling agent powder with 3-5 times of water, then join them into slurry pool,shake the liquid evenly,dilute and mix them with 1/5 the amount of water  into emulsion and join them into slurry pool lastly. Adding order: wash pulp→fluorescent whitening agent→other additives→ swelling agent.

2.Adding amount is 0.1% to 0.3 % of tons of pulp. Actually you should according to water quality,slurry PH and customer ‘s demand on the size of expansion force decided the adding amount.

3.When use it should be fully and evenly stirred in water slurry pool,the mixing time should be longer than 10 minutes.Because the longer you stir the more evenly you mix, the swelling degree is higher.

Matters needing attention

1.For the first time you should add in small quantities

2.If the adding amount is larger but the swelling effect is not ideal,the reason mostly is the problem of water quality .While you can measure its slurry PH with the test paper.The best range of P H is 6.5 or less,if higher,you can adjust with aluminum sulfate.

3.The excessive adding amount may cause cylinder phenomenon,

the solution is added cellulose in the slurry pool.

4.After paper swelled, the user does not have to worry about that  its pulling will be affected.

5.Cooperate with dispersant the use effect is better

Packaging and storage

Package with 25 kg woven bag,products should be placed in a cool and dry place,its storage period is 18 months, they are non-toxic, and non flammable.
