This product has many functions,such as retention, increase, a decrease of water. With a high retention rate, the highest rate can be reached 98%.Its liquidity is good, it can be fully and automately added .Its dosage is less, its PH range is wide, it can be used for all kinds of paper.

Dosage

Liquid: culture paper 3-8 kg/ton, cardboard 2-10 kg/ton,art paper 4-6 kg/ton, corrugated paper 5-8 kg/ton

Solid: every ton of paper with 0.2-0.5 kg

Method of use (the dissolution method of solid products)

1.solution: with non-metallic containers, water temperature below 25 ℃ .

2. In the dissolving tank add enough water firstly,then start the machine and stir them.After adding quantitative additives dissolve them for 20 to 30 minutes,put them into the slots of machine for storaging,the last flow into the pulp flow box.

3.process: liquid additives→pump →electric frequency automatic  flowmeter →automatic dilution tank→screw pump→flow meter→surf the Internet.

4.adding position: If your main purpose is enhancement our product should be added into the cages or high box.If your main purpose is to keep, it can be directly added into the slurry pool or after mixing with packing you can use.If you use our liquid product ,directly dilute and dissolve them with water and then use.

Packaging and storage

Liquid products should be packaged with 25 kg plastic bucket,solid products with 25 kg kraft paper bags.We can also according to user’s requirements package.Its storage period is six months, they should be placed in a cool and dry place.
