Styrene acrylic surface sizing agent is cationic styrene and acrylic ester copolymer emulsion surface sizing agent.This product is a new type of product which has adopted a variety of polymer materials aggregating together after digesting and absorbing foreign technology.

Product use

1. Styrene acrylic surface sizing agent is specially designed for corrugated paper and corrugated board paper, it has strong water resistance, it can completely replace the inner pulp sizing, purify the machine environment.

2. After using this product, when the paper off the machine , sizing effect has emerged, there is no aging period basically .

3. This product has good mechanical properties,in the process of using this product the formation of the bubble can be eliminated basically.

Method of use

1. Dosage: 2-4 kg/t paper

2. The optimum PH :3-4

3. To join this agent continuously with the metering pump

4. To join this agent intermittently

Packaging and storage 

1. Packaging：200 kg or 1000 kg plastic barrels packaging

2. When storaging they should be closed well, stored in ventilated shade (4-30 ℃), its storage life is three months.
