Brief introduction

The product has a lot of functions,such as strong wetting, osmosis, emulsification, dispersion, suspension and redeposition resistance and antistatic, etc.This product can thoroughly clean fleece clog and  fleece which composition is complex and slotted web dirt.It can restore the drainability,open hole, improve permeability,improve paper machine speed, reduce energy consumption,improve paper’s quality and production. Saving time, water and energy ,easy to operate, not damage hair clothes and corrosion of equipment is its advantages.It can effectively remove dirt quickly, prevent embossing,can also clean partialy .Using this product can obviously prolong the service life of wool 1-3 times,reduce the paper factory’s production cost.

Method of use

1.Usage: 0.3 1 kg/kg fleece (oven dry);

2.Washing device:an elevated tank which bottom has a valve, a spray tube;

3.Washing operation:

Firstly,stop for pulp,stop washing water after 5 minutes, paper machine turn into the crawling speed, relax the blanket.

Secondly,put the detergent evenly spray on the blanket.In order to ensure the blanket can absorb the cleaner evenly,the spray time should not be less than the time wool run for 3 to 5 laps(about 10 to 15 minutes);

Thirdly,the cleaner finish spraying ,blanket continue to operate 5-10 minutes with a crawl speed,then wash it to fleece without soapy.

Matters needing attention

1.This product must not diluted with water;

2.Cleaning agent should be spraying evenly,in the dirt serious part we should increase the amount of cleaning agent appropriatly.

3.If there is resin adhesive and heavy dirt at blanket’s surface,we can pass into steam to heat.

Packaging and storage

Packaging with 50 kg or 200 kg plastic drum, store in shady and cool place.Shelf life: 6 months.
