Physical and Chemical Properties

This product is light yellow uniform powder, slightly purple hue of pure light, it can be dissolved in 80 times the amount of soft water, it is anionic, acid degree of PH 6 ~ 11, PH 8 ~ 9 dye dissolved suitable amount. It is resistant to hard water to 300PPM, and to swim ions to 0.75%, for hydrosulfite stability, but intolerant of copper. It can be mixed with anionic and nonionic surfactants, anionic dyes and other direct acidic, but not with the cationic dye and an active agent, synthetic resin equivalent solvent use.

Product Usage

Mainly used for cotton plant fiber whitening, brightening, while used in papermaking, synthetic detergent, paint and other industries whitening.

Applications

In the process of papermaking ingredients bleaching:

During production we put demand fluorescent brighteners directly or after dissolving with water, continuously put them into the slurry, but they should be added before using alum or cationic additives ,brighteners have moderate-high affinity for fiber , whiteness is related with dyeing time and slurry consistency, highest consistency pulp in the production system, adding brighteners get the best whitening effect.
